Place Card Ribbon Boards?

I recently saw someone do this and I have seen it in the past. I think it is such a GREAT idea. I would really love to do this to add something special to the place card table. Can you girls give me some pictures of what your place card board looked like? Was it easy? How much did you spend on supplies???

It looks really easy, so I am really looking forward to spending time to do it. Can anybody give me any tips???
