Place Cards

I want to make very simple place cards using my computer for my engagment party. Where do I find reasonably priced cardstock that is foldable so the card will stand?

I then plan to run them through the printer to put the names and table #'s, and then possibly punch a hole at the top and put in a little bow...Do you know how to go about setting that on the computer (MS word) so you can have multiple names printed out at once...I guess something that would be similar to when you do a label page??

I need to do this too, I was just going to buy the stuff that you make cards on the computer with for my table numbers/names (not sure which I want to do). Then since I am using my favors as my place cards (wine bottles) I will just use the computer business cards and ribbon for those.

staples has the tent cards that can go through an ink jet printer. It may come with instructions, I'm not sure.

I'm sure that the Avery brand has the tent cards that you just run through the printer. You can get them at Staples.

I also saw some pretty place cards with the pearl border at Staples in the section where the invitations are. You can run those through the printer as well.

To do all the names at once without having to keep putting htem back in you would have to set up a mail merge... I'm not exactly sure how to do it... my mom knows but she is on vacation Sorry
