Place Cards
I thought I'd post the directions on how I made these place cards since many have fm'd me about them.... So, if your intrested, here you go...
The first pic is the ones I actually made.
The second pic is where I got the original idea from.
I ordered vellum #29 and cardstock #110 (all 8.5x11 sheets) from paperandmore.com. I bought the thin ribbon and hole punch (1/4 inch?) @ Michael's.
We divided each sheet evenly into 4 placecards. We (using MS Word) printed the big numbers in different colors on the cardstock and printed the names in black ink on the vellum (use the draft quality option for this part so very little ink is used which prevents smearing on the vellum).
Then you fold everything in half, put the 2 pages together, punch a hole in the top center, lace the ribbon through and tie the way you like it. It takes some practice to space & size things the way you want it.
Hope this helps!
Good Luck!
Let me know if you need more info or help
