How do these work, do i have a table with everyones names telling them what table to go to, and also there names by each seat at the table? or do i do one or the other?
You have tables. Each table has a #. You have a sheet that the RH gives you and you place people at each table. You have placed
Mr Smith Mr Jones Mr. Grey
at that table. On the cards you write
Mr. Smith Table 5
Then they go to the table and seat themselves. You don't need to assign seating. Just the table #'s. There is a seperate table for you to place these on outside the RH. Don't forget to decorate that table too.
