Who makes out the Table Cards? Is there a stencil kit, or do you hire a professional?

You can put them in your printer if they correspond with a template, or you can design a template that will work as well. There are vendors who charge up to 1.50 per card for calligraphy as well.

At the last wedding I went to, the bride and groom used the placecards provided by the RH and wrote out all the names and table numbers. I didn't love it but I'm sure it saved them some money.

We had a calligrapher do ours. It was $1 per card which included the card and the calligraphy. Check out Follow Your Heart (vendor on here) for more info...they were great!!!

Did you have any guests who showed up without RSVPing or guests who showed up with a date and never informed you beforehand? I'm worried that we won't be able to re-create what the calligrapher did if there are last minute additions.
