Place Cards - Please Help!

My catering hall gave me the tent cards for the table seating. I have to hand write all of the names and I don't have time or the energy for that. Does anyone have a computer template I can use? They are do by Monday.

There are different ones. I believe You have to know the measurement of the cards as well as the margins on the sides. so that they print correctly.
First I downloaded one from Avery, but the margins/format was not good for the cards I had bought ,so I had to create my own template
