Place for ceremony preferably outdoors??

If we decide to go with a KofC or VFW hall can anyone recommend a nice place to have our ceremony? Preferably with an outdoor ceremony option? Do RH's ever let people just have their ceremony there and not the reception? What about Old Westbury Gardens or the Queens botanical Gardens? I'm open to all suggestions. it seems like we can save so much money by having in a KofC hall but I don't want to have my ceremony there. Does anyone have prices for Old Westbury Gardens, Queens Botanical Gardens, Historical Chapel or the Interfaith Center at CW Post? Thanks!

I think OWG will do an outdoor ceremony, but I'm not sure .... I know they don't have any indoor ceremony locations ....

Do they have outdoor and indoor options at Planting fields? Do you have an idea about how much it costs? Thanks!

I think the wineries may be too far east for us Would they let you just have your ceremony there or do you have to have your reception as well?

You can do both on site. There are hotels or B&B near by. I thought it would be far too. But, if you love a place then you love the place. and your family and friends will attend your wedding. I also thought of Block Island, R.I (that you might consider as a destination wedding) the island is to die for. or shelter Island.

We did our ceremony outdoors at the Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Oakdale, although it sounds a little far from where you're looking. It was beautiful, but it's a lot of work because you have to bring in everything yourself and do all the setup and take down yourself. They also allow only 25 chairs and no altars of any kind. (We had a chuppah with people holding the poles and it was fine.) There's only a $50 fee for photography and site use, but we also paid the parking fee for our guests, which is $6 per car, so that upped the costs.

FM me if you want more info.
