i got my dress at davids bridal (the one in westbury) and the service has been great so far, but i went in to get measured for alterations and they are charging me OVER $300! its ridiculous. i want to weigh my options, but i only have limited time....my weddings next mth...any suggestions on any good places that wont overcharge? i need a little hem, bustle and one side slightly taken in....

Not sure if it will be cheaper but I know alterations unlimited in deer park will do a great job, good luck

Totally agree...Alterations Unlimited by Gina in Deer Park does great work. Consult with with them first to see a price. She definitely won't pressure you to work with her if you're not happy with the price.
