So I finally realized that my FH is never going to get his butt into gear and look at tuxes....so I am doing some research for him on reputable places in NYC (where we live) that he can check out - any suggestions? Good / bad?

Depends how high end you want to go...
Bloomies, Bergdorffs and Barneys are all good places to start..
But then again-- you can get a great deal on a Hugo Boss at Syms.
We went to one place on like 45th and 6th to look at vests.. eh-- wouldn't go there.

It depends on how much you want to spend. FH just got a gorgeous tux from Eisenberg and Eisenberg - I believe they are on 17th between 5th and 6th
