Ms. Havisham's Tea Shop off Main Street in Huntington. They even have a woman who reads tea leaves there on occassion. So cute and fun!

Re: Place to have a bridal tea?
I just called the place in Stonybrook- it is $14.95/pp plus about $7.00/per large pot of tea. You get the 3-tier dish; tea sandwhiches (8 per person), scones and patries.
I called the other place but the owner wasn't there so I have to call back.
Thanks!!!

Re: Place to have a bridal tea?
MY MOM AND WEDDING PARTY HAD A BRIDAL TEA FOR ME AT THE BELLPORT COUNTRY CLUB. EVERYONE SAID IT WAS THE NICEST SHOWER THEY HAD EVER BEEN TO. WE HAD DIFFERENT TEAS, SCONES, PETIT FORS, FRUIT, CHOCOLATE DIPPED PINEAPPLE AND OTHER STUFF. IT WAS GREAT!

there's a place on Merrick Rd in Amityville. I posted info on it a while ago for someone else. I don't remember the name, but if you do a search, you should be able to find it!! :) JOY

Re: Place to have a bridal tea?
Hi Michele,
Joy responded to my post about having a bridal shower at a tea salon a few weeks ago. She suggested the Boston Tea Party in Amityville.
There's also Hailey's Garden in St. James and Book Mark Cafe in Oyster Bay.
Let us know how you make out. I'd love to take my bridal party to tea. Great idea!
Best wishes with your plans!!

Re: Place to have a bridal tea?
Hi, The Boston Tea Party in Amityville is really, really good. You could also try the Milk and Sugar Cafe in Bayshore on Main Street, its diagonally across the street from the Bridal Suite (if you know where that is).
