Placecard Etiquette Question

I have a few relatives with the same exact first and last names..the only difference being their wives first names to distinguish... how would you write that on the placecard? For example:

Mr. and Mrs. John Doe-- not good enough, so I was thinking:

Mr. John and Mrs. Jane Doe???
Mr. John and Mrs. Jill Doe???

Do they have different middle names?

Is one of them a Sr. and one a Jr.?
