If Mr. & Mrs. so and so, does not fit on one line, should I make the font smaller (but then it will not match everyone) or write mr. & mrs. on one line and so and so on the next?

I'd say put it on the next line. we are doing square placecards bc they are part of our favors, and i decided to do names on one line and last names, bigger, bold, and spaced out, below them for all so that they are consistent
i'll show you my template with diff situations and how we are spacing it (came out blurry when i converted it to jpg)
