placecard question

ok I am doing shell placecards....I have 3 questions

1. do i put mr and mrs so and so if they are married on one placecard or i might just do John and Jane Doe

2.if they are dating do i give them each a separate placecard

3. if they are bring a guest I do not know do I put so and so and guest or do i find out who they are bringing so I can put down their name also?

1. I would put Mr. and Mrs. John Doe.

2. If they are dating, I would write the names on one card:
Mr. John Doe
Mrs. Jane White
Table 10

* If they are engaged:
'Soon to be' Mr. and Mrs. John Doe
(Someone did that for us and FH and I thought it was so cute )

3. If you don't know the guest's name, I would write Mr. John Doe and guest

John Doe is a busy man!
