Anyone doing anything special with placecards? WM gives them out but I am not sure I want to have the names hand written. I figured I could do my own just using tent cards from staples and running them through the printer. I am spending a lot on favors already so I dont want to BUY holders....are they any other creative things to do????

i didnt use the RH cards either.. i bought tent cards from Party city.. then i bought clear labels and printed the names and table numbers out with a really cute font! everyone loved them and they were really nice looking!! we gave out a nice favor so thats why we opted to just do the tented cards!!

i was all set to do tent cards that i would print in fonts that match our invites with a pretty design on top w/ scatterd rose petals...
but then i changed our favors and am going to have them wrapped with paper and ribbon, and the placecard info on top of each (same design i was going to use on tent cards, but in a square instead)
my mom really wanted something unique for placecards but i liked simple and didnt like any of the holders we saw. this seems to be the best of both worlds (and it lets us do our favors 1 per couple)

not sure if this is what you want but you can spruce them up your self by embellishing them with crystals HTH

I really like the below idea.
However I want to make the top part a flag so it resembles a flag on a golf course!
PS - FH is an avid golfer...and Giorgio's is on a golf course!
PSS - Anyone know where I can get fake wheat grass like below. We dont want to use real because of putting the sticks in the dirt...and then people have to carry it around with them
