placecards vs. displayed list

placecards vs. displayed list

We're trying to figure out which would be less expensive... individual placecards (frames) or a displayed list? Don't know what it's called... maybe a scroll?

Does anyone know how much it costs to have a list made up?

Thanks!

I am pretty sure Just ANnounce IT in Oceanside does that if you want to call them for a quote.

Why don't you just do placecards & no frame. You can still do favors if you want & you will save your money not buying the frames. I personally don't think people use them anyway.

I'm doing placecards with no frames. Most RH provide the cards for you. If they don't, or they only provide the ones that need a 'holder', you can buy the 'tent' ones at AC Moore or Michaels. They have the printable ones so you don't have to write them all out by hand. My handwriting is not so neat, and I don't like the placecards from Chateau Briand anyway, so I'm just getting the plain white and will print them out. It makes life easier and they'll be nice an neat.
