places for pictures in Riverhead area

Hi all!

It's been a long time since I've posted since it's been a long time since I got married (well, it feels like that anyway - in a good way!). Anyway, I thought I'd post for a friend who's really stressed out right now....

Anyone have any suggestions for a good place to take pictures in the Riverhead area (specifically between Riverhead and Islandia) in October?

wow there are so many places
of course there is the riverhead water front - and the mill pond ... and a few others i can think of - does she want beach photos or park photos ? or what is she looking for?

The riverfront is very nice. She call also see if she would be able to do pictures at the aquarium. They have a great dock/walk in the salt marsh overlooking the river.

We took picture at Palmer Vinyard which is in Riverhead. I am not sure what it look like in October but they were so nice and didn't require arranging it months in advance
