Omnibus Fashions in Babylon. My mom got her Montage dress there for my brother's wedding and they have all sizes to buy off the rack.

You could check out Nordstroms or Lord & taylors they have dresses from 100-200$ and that go up to 1000$
Sugar Plum in Lynbrook. The dresses they have there are amazing!
A friends mom got hers at Lord and Taylor in the Huntington Mall. And it was beautiful and reasonably priced.
