Plan for your wedding night?

We are wondering what we should do on the night of our wedding. We are getting married at The Port Jefferson Country Club. We have 2 options right now, stay at Danford's or go home to his house which is 10 minutes away. Not sure yet what we are going to do but was curious what everyone else is planning on doing.

We're staying at the Three Village Inn, I booked a king room w/ fireplace (not that we need it in June!). I would have liked Holly Berry, but I was told they are already booked. I personally didn't like the service the 2 times I called Danford's about the room packages. They had young-sounding kids on the phone each time, both who were not helpful or friendly. We thought about the Hamptons, but the prices were high and we'd rather use that money for our honeymoon.

STAY AT DANFORDS... THATS ACTUALLY WHERE I AM GETTING MARRIED.. PJCC WAS TOO EXPENSIVE AND DID NOT OFFER AS MANY ACCOMIDATIONS AS DANFORDS. THATS WHY I AM STAYING THERE THE NIGHT I GET MARRIED , AND ITS FREE HONEYMOON SUITE.

On our wedding night we will be sleeping at my aunt's brand new beach house on Dune Rd. in West Hampton Beach. Wahooo!! :)

We have a Bridal Suite w/a jacuzzi reserved for our wedding night. There are two reasons we're doing this... 1) It's our wedding night, it's only hopefully, once in a lifetime, and 2)We live in North Carolina, and we're night spending our wedding night at my parents house. LOL

We are staying our wedding night and the night after at the new Inn at Fox Hollow in one of there bridal suites, then leaving from there to go to ny harbor for our cruise!! We needed a hotel and our families are staying close (across the street) but not close enough to harass us or shortsheet the bed.. argh We had no other place to stay unless we spent it at my parents house.. We still actually might and end up giving my mom and dad the suite... Who knows really.. But Fox hollow is our plan for now..

If you don't mind me asking, how much is that bridal suite there? Does it have a jacuzzi? Thanks!

I'm paying 130.. it doesn't have a jacuzzi.. but it has a slightly bigger then normal bathtub that is deep. I would make an appointment and check it out if interested. Most of the inn has king beds so if you don't get a bridal room there other rooms are the same price basically.. The bridal package just includes champange and some roses and also breakfast the next morning.. It has a large bedroom with a 4 poster king bed. Then it has a little living room area with a couch and tv (and playstation.. lol) and then it has a kitchen as well. We liked it alot plus the hotel itself is very nice.. with fireplaces and whatnot. I was extremely impressed and also with the price. We went the week it opened and left a deposit. It's right off the last Exit of the Seaford Oyster Bay 135N. Best of luck!!! I am not sure were you are having your reception but also the Huntington country inn is great and has jacuzzis and apartment type bridal suites. It's off Jericho Tpike as well.
