I hate flying too! Go to your doctor. Explain your fear. They will prescribe you drugs to kind of knock you out while you fly. I went to Hawaii and LA this year and wasn't even phased![]()

I am also terrified of flying, but I look at it this way, if I dont fly I will never really get to go anywhere..so I went to my doctor and voiced my fears...he gives me Ativan, and I swear I dont feel any different than normal, Im just incapable of being scared!! Works like a charm, two pills and I can fly with no problem...even sleep on the plane, no rubber legs, no drug induced coma, just calm.

we were in the same boat, but since we're going to France, Brussels & Holland for our Honeymoon, I think I'm going to my GP & requesting somthing RX wise to help w/ the flight (I take zanax for flights to florida)
i say just go for it, its really not that bad...ive done 12-14 hr flights around 8x, sounds alot worse than it is

I too HATE TO FLY! I am the worst flyer!!! However, I have traveled a lot just because if you don't just cope you'll never go anywhere! I take like 4 xanex and a couple of cocktails, and I'm ok to go. For your honeymoon you just must fly!!! I say go to the Bahamas, its only a bit over 2 hrs. I had the best time there and the Sandals is gorgeous!
