Planning a Shower - To do list?

I am going to meet with one of my BM's mom later (I am her BM also) to go over what needs to get done for her shower (she wants to do some of it and need to determine who is in charge of what). I compiled a list of what needs to get assigned - am I missing anything? It is at the mom's house - so that is one thing done.

1) Caterer - food, utensils, plates, napkins, table rental
2) Decor - centerpieces, balloons, tablecloths
3) Favors
4) WIshing Well
5) Towel Cake
6) Invitations (already done)
7) Cake

I am the first of my friends and the first in my family to get married, so I haven't been to a shower in over a decade () - so any help is GREATLY appreciated. I really want it to be great.

Hmmmm, looks like you've got a pretty good list!! Do you want to play any games? Have prizes for the winners?

Don't know if this is considered part of decorations but, maybe Bride, MOH, BM, etc. buttons for the BP to wear. I also had a doggie that everyone signed that's a nice keepsake.
