Planning a wedding when your NOT on LI- Long Vent!!!
Sorry I haven't posted in a long while. Things have been crazy on this end.
I need to make sure I am not the only one going through this.....
SO FH just started teaching for the first time this year (started about 3 weeks ago)
I know being a new teacher is a LOT of work. But so is planning a wedding
We live in Boston and have very limited time to get back to LI to book things.
So we were planning a trip back to LI this weekend. We were planning on going to finalize our Florist, invitations and scope out a few places for our e-pics (scheduled for Columbus day weekend) and his family wanted to host a small BBQ in our honor! GREAT, you would think!!!
Well dont you know, FH talked to mom and canceled the party (w/o telling me) and rescheduled it for Columbus day weekend.
He doesn't see a reason to head to LI until October now.
He doesn't LISTEN!!!!!!!!!!!! Now in October we have to finalize Florist, Invitations, E-pics, and now a BBQ. Not to mention I haven't even started to look a BM dresses. Granted I do still have time to order the BM dresses but the next time I will be on LI after October is thanksgiving weekend and I don't want the girls to have to lay out money for a dress so close to Christmas and the holidays.
Ah hell, I just bought my dress!!!! The wedding is now less then 8 months away and we still have so much to do. Triple booking weekends is going to push him over the edge. I told him about the weekend and what we now have planned and he just laughed and asked if we can visit his friend in the city also!!!!! Im am going to snap!
How do I do this all in one weekend??????
