MY NEPHEW IS GETTING MARRIED OCT 1ST, BUT THE BRIDE IS DUE IN 1 WEEK- I WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS ORDERED GOWNS ONLINE- I AM THE MOH AND I TRIED A DRESS ON AND I CAN GET IT ONLINE-ANY GOOD REPLYS TO THIS- IT IS SO MUCH CHEAPER
I AM HELPING THEM WITH THERE WEDDING AND IT IS AT THE SWAN CLUB

I JUST WENT ON THE SITE AND THEY HAVE THE 2 MORI LEE BMAIDES GOWNS I LIKED AND SHE DOES NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR LG SIZES- I AM A 16 IN REG CLOTHES-SO THAT HELPS AND SHE DOESNT CHARGE SHIPPING FOR MORI LEE. THAT WAS MY WEDDING DRESS WHEN I GOT MARRIED IN '96

Well, you can just never get through to them. I've literally sat on hold for 2 hours only to be disconnected. If you do get through, they can never help you but promise a call back...You can guess...
We've probably called about 20 times all together and we have finally got an answer. As of today, they had misplaced the order and didn't know who it belonged to???
So far 1 out of 3 dresses is in & I wouldn't be suprised if they didn't come in time for the wedding. Do a search on here and you'll see others have had bad exp. also... (And the BBB)
I wish I read up on them before ordering because they have been a major PITA and oh so not helpful!
FYI, As of this week they won't even help you on their 800 number anymore, they tell you to call the long distance # & hang up on you!

Sorry it can't be a better review...trust me!
