ME

FH was basically like give me your top 3 halls and i'll go look. I did a lot of 'checking places out' for prices etc before i even showed him. I'm sure once we get done to the other things-DJ; Limo etc he'll have more input.

Well Even though I have NOT started yet but i know I will be planning 90% of it

definitely me LOL.

I always gets FH's input on things I find or ideas I have for the wedding and will always take his opinions and thoughts into consideration. But I am the one mainly calling vendors, finding out the information, making the appts and just having him show up when he needs to.

I pretty much knew going into this planning that it was going to be that way and I am totally fine with. Fh trusts my opinion on basically everything when it comes to the wedding and knows that I am always going to find us the best deals on everything.

my mom always said that women/brides to be are the ones who do ALL the planning and the grooms/men are the ones being dragged to the altar just to say the 'I Do'...lol

I'm doing more. FH wants to be involved, but I'm doing most of the running around. He's busy with work and doesn't seem to feel the same urgency as I do

FH wants to be involved, but from experience, I see that he works best if I give him, say, 3 or 4 options to choose from. He'd go crazy if he actually had to do all the investigative legwork beforehand! Gotta love men...

Pretty much the same except it's me and my wedding coordinator (destination wedding). I email her about something: flowers, dj, hair, she emails me a list of names of people she recommends, I check them out, narrow down who we want to meet, she sets up the appt, we show up. Thankfully he is very involved with giving his opinion, asking questions, etc.

Im in the minority here, but is actually way more into it than me! He was bugging me the day after we got engaged and he dragged me to Michaels yesterday to start thinking of ideas Don't tell him I told you that though
