How long is everyone waiting or wanting to start having children. I just want one, right away. Maybe we will have luck on the honeymoon

we're gonna wait about a year and a half before we start trying - we want to take some trips and just enjoy the newlywed life a lil bit before we start having babies.

Well ladies I just wanted to hear what you all had to say. I took a survey outside of this also for all the already married women they all said the same wanted to wait for years, about 90% of them had children right after marriage unexpectantly. I guess if no one is on BC we have no control of when it might happen.

We are waiting about a year but that's it....I'll be 29 and Fh will be 33 when we get married so we don't want to wait too long.

FH always wanted to be a young dad, bc his parents had him later in life (his brothers and sisters are 10+ years older than him)

but we will probably wait 5 years.

I would definately like to have 2 to 3 years of be newlyweds without children.

We're ahead of the game. God chose to bless us, sooner than later. I'm expecting any day now, and it's A-OK with us.I'll be 32 and he'll be 40, so this perfect timing I suppose. Not sure about anymre though

we'll probably wait 3-4 years before we have children...we're in our early 20s so there's no real rush...but i do want babies...no doubt about that...

Probably 2-3 years cause we are moving to Atlanta January of 08 and we wanna be settled in jobs and a home before we have kids. Plus we wanna enjoy being married for a little while first

A couple years. We want to be very financially stable and we just bought a house and now we're paying for a wedding, so we want to get back on track before we have kids.
