Plans for the future

How long is everyone waiting or wanting to start having children. I just want one, right away. Maybe we will have luck on the honeymoon

We want at least one before we are 30. That's a few years after we are married. We want to make sure we are settled in the house first.

We have to get through our medical residency first. So another 4 years.

FH has to finish his psychology internship and I want to go back to school either for a PHd or to law school, so it's gonna be a while for us

i told FH i have to be tenured. im starting teaching in sept. and if all goes as planned i will have tenure in sept. 09. so about 2 to 3 years after we get married. FH wants to have one now. i told him he is nuts!!

We want one right after we get married. We are both looking forward to having kids. I can't wait.

I agree i want to enjoy my FH and being on our own for awhile .. This is going to a change for me and we want to save i want like 2 or 3 and start before 30 I have time..

We want kids right away. I'm 23 and he's 25 now and we can't wait to make babies!

i actually have no desire to have one right now, but im guessing eventually the maternal instinct will hit me. so who knows?
if i had to guess, i'd say about 6-7ish yrs later

i'll be 27 when i graduate from nursing and married!! God willing i pass my boards within 6months i can start working as a nurse. hopefully, before i turn 30 we'll have our first baby. im hoping to have twins ( )!!!

FH and I plan on waiting a few years... maybe 4 or 5 years before we start trying. I want time just the 2 of us to get financially stable and have some time alone. I want to travel a little too.

we're gonna wait about a year and a half before we start trying - we want to take some trips and just enjoy the newlywed life a lil bit before we start having babies.

We're gonna wait a good 3-4 years ... we want to enjoy our new life together, the newleywed stage, go away alot and also buy a house before we have kids.

When we get married, I will be 27, he will be 26. We want to wait until we are 30 or so before starting. We have our careers to start, traveling to do and hopefully a home to purchase all before the having babies.
