Plastic surgery for wedding day

I have been toying with the idea of plastic surgery before but now with the wedding next year i have been giving it more serious thought.

Has anyone else thought about doing this to look even better on their wedding day.

Plastic surgery for wedding day

I'm too scared to get plastic surgery but I would like to fix the small gaps in my teeth so they look flawless in pictures but I don't want braces (again). I've thought about Invisalign but I don't know if they work very well. Anyone have any experience with Invisalign or know of any alternatives for fixing gaps in teeth?

you could get like 2 veneers. I did that for a tiny gap. I had braces too I guess after a few years teeth move? btw it's cheaper to get veneers then invisalign. my friend got it and it's like 4g.

i had braces too, and would like to fix the shift that took place after. I had a co-worker who had invislaign when it first became well known about 15 yrs ago and it did wonders for them.

Plastic surgery for wedding day

I really want to get the extra skin I have removed. I lost about 180lbs after having gastric bypass and the extra skin is just gross.

What kind of plastic surgery are you thinking?
I don't think I could do it whether it was my wedding or not. If I had something that REALLY bothered me and was necessary for surgery I'd consider it.

You better know I'll be getting some Botox in my 11 lines between the brows though ;)

I'm a huge advocate of plastic surgery. I had rhinoplasty about 3 years ago and I wish I did it sooner! I'm so happy I'm not going to have a gigantic Italian nose in all my wedding pics lol.

Re: Plastic surgery for wedding day

if it's something you've always thought about anyway, and if you'll have plenty of recovery time then it probably would be a good time to do it but I wouldn't do it just for the sake of the wedding.

Plastic surgery for wedding day

Depends on what kind!! A little nip and tuck here and there never could hurt anyone if they really wanted it!!

For invisaline, FH had them in high school and did him wonders!! As for me I had braces twice. Once my teeth started to move I went back wore braces the second time for 6 weeks (wasn't charged by my orthodontist since I wasn't happy with the first job) then had a permanent retainer put in on top and bottom! Doesn't hurt you don't know it's there and my teeth are perfectly straight for life!!

As for plastic surgery... You ladies better believe 2 years after my last baby I am getting a breast reduction!!!! Right now I'm 5 ft 2 in 135 lbs and wear a size 6 but have these huge 32H boobs!!!
I wanted a reduction now but the doctors said that after a reduction you may not be able to breastfeed so for me personally I want to be able to breastfeed until at least 1year of age for my kids so its going to have to wait!!! ;-(

Maybe it will be my gift to me for my 30th birthday! Lol

I already told my fh after all babies I want that! except I read somewhere it's better to take some out and put in small implants then an actual lift. like they look better or something.

Plastic surgery for wedding day

I want to gey my breasts lifted. They were never perky and now that I have had my kids and breastfeed both I want to have the procedure done.
I called and got a quote that is honestly 2/3 of the wedding budget. I spoke to FH about it and he said he could see it really bothers me and to go for it.

Plastic surgery for wedding day

honestly, if you want it done- i would go for it.
A friend used a personal loan for implants before her wedding..

for me on the other hand, i can get my reduction covered through insurance since it causes back problems.
Would you consider a reduction(if it warranted) because then that would include a lift too...

I KNOW SOMETHING THAT WORKS GREAT!! FH just got bonding done and for 4 teeth he paid $1000. best thing ever. Ok It lasts 10 years but $1000 every ten years is so not bad. We didn't have money for veneers right now but no mroe gaps and they look great! Ask your dentists about bonding.

I'm using invisalign now. I always had a space in my teeth that I was unhappy with. I always wanted to fix it, but then when I got engaged I realized it was the time! I didn't want to spend so much $$ on photography to not be happy with how I looked in the pictures!

It was the best decision I ever made for myself. I never had braces when I was younger, so when all is said and done I'll probably have been wearing them for 2 years at the end of treatment. They don't hurt at all and people didn't even notice I had them on. My space is also gone! It is a little pricey, but for me it was worth it. FM me if you have any questions!

Misstomrs I had a breast reduction 5 years ago, best thing I ever did!!! As long as they don't totally remove your nipple in the process you can breast feed! I'm due in June and I already got a great breast pump just in case! I have a great doc if you need a referral!! I think plastic surgery is great if you have no doubts! I was so thrilled after my surgery, it honestly changed my life! I stopped being self conscious and shy and it def changed a lot!
