what are the rules of what u can say on here..I really want to vent about something but its really serious to where someones life was taken. so what do u think am i allowed to talk about it without usig names maybe?

I believe so, as long as you use no ones name I dont see the harm in it, and if you think you will feel better after you get it off your chest, then we're here to listen to ya
