Please be careful out there!!!

My BF just called. She was driving over an overpass and hit a patch of ice. There were two trucks that were already in an accident so she tried to swerve to miss them. Instead she hit and knocked over a light pole and went right into the fence on the overpass. The only thing that saved her was the guard rail! I am so freaked out thinking about what could have happened to her.

Thank god shes ok!! I heard its really bad out there I don't leave until 9 so I don't know if thats going to be better or worse!!!

I left the FH a voicemail telling him to be extra careful.

OH MY!!! Thank Goodness she is okay. MY FH called about an hour ago (he's in Suffolk) and said it was really icey. GREAT! I have to drive from Westchester to Nassau County

I'm glad she's ok.

On my way to the gym I passed an accident on Sunrise Hwy - a car had completely overturned so that all 4 wheels were in the air and the passenger side was completely crushed. I was so scared, and so sad for anyone who might have been in the car.

Drive slowly and carefully out there, please girls!

yeah the roads are really bad. It was my first time driving in the snow and a van almost slid into me after losing control and I almost slid into an intersection...thank god for the E brake.
