Please encourage me to get off my lazy arse...update

and go to dance class. I'm not feeling so well but I know that I always feel better after dance - it's just a matter of getting up to class.

Update: I'm not going. MIL called me for no reason and she not only kills my appetite, she kills my will to do anything fun.

think of all us poor schelps we can't afford dance class but REALLY could use a few pointers... do it for humanity.
