Please give me your opinion on this cake? (with pic)

Hi gals! I could use your opinions on this cake I pulled out of a magazine a while ago.

I know it says 'Winter white' on the headline, but I absolutely LOVE it for my July wedding... It's a little hard to see in the pic, but it's a very smooth cake with small flowers on the sides in very simple shapes. They're in white and pale green.

My colors are mint green and lavender, so I was thinking of having them make the flowers in mint and lavender and white, or maybe having them do lavender rings around each layer.

Any ideas or comments welcome and encouraged! Thanks y'all!

ETA: THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for your positive feedback -- so my second part question is do you think I should maybe go with 3 layers instead of 4 and do a cake topper? Or do you like it just as it is?

Yummy. . .cake. . .

I think that would be very pretty, especially if the fondant was a pale mint with pale lavender layers.

I love it! I don't think it looks to winter. It looks like it could be used in any season to me.

It's very pretty! And I think it can go either way with the topper, but I am envisioning a little bit of sparkle on top.

Hee hee, you make me laugh.

I'm going to go to wrap with us in Syossett next weekend and check out what they have as far as cake toppers go. Both me and FH have 'F' last names and F monograms are sometimes not the prettiest... but I'd love a very elegant Lennox-style or porcelain figurine or hearts.

I love it! And I think your colors will go wonderfully. The layers would depend on the amount of people you have, but remember that top layer is yours
