Please HELP!!!!!

We are about to send out invites and do not know what to do....

Our Hall holds 150, 160 max

There are 200 people on our 'A' list so how many invites do we send out?
WE are forever arguing about this and what is the right answer?

I say send out 160 and wait for the NOs to send out more.......

Please help end this insanity!!!!

if there are 200 on your A list than that means you send out 200

if you max is 160 that you should send out more than 160
