I really don't have many OOT and I sort of assumed the ones I had would stay with family here, but apparently they are now asking for hotel info...I didn't block any!!
Can anyone give me names of hotels either near Lindenhurst area or Rocky Point area?
(Lindy is where I live but the hall is Rocky Point). TIA!!!!

Call the hall and see what they recommend. I know if my guests booked 10 or more rooms they would qualify for a shuttle. that would be great if you could get that,

My wedding is in lindenhurst and we blocked at the Huntington Hilton and Melville Marriott. HOpe this helps!

We used Courtyard Marriot on the LIE in Ronkonkoma.... very new and clean.

I agree with calling your hall and seeing if they recommend a place that might work with you on a shuttle bus depending on the number of people that stay

Well, I called the hall and they suggested two hotels. Neither of the two being near the site (about 20 minutes away). Both hotels will only block rooms if I can guarantee 10 or more being booked (which I can't). So, then they want ME to give THEM my credit card and they will hold however many rooms I want....well, I'm not doing that either.......oy

They totally redid the Best Western on Sunrise in massapequa, thats only 2 towns from linderhurst plus it looks awesome and is near a ton of stores and places to eat
