Please help

I want to make my own memory candles for my ceremony. I bought the candles but does anyone know what i would use to write the people's names on? A clear label? Wouldn't it burn? Is it possible to do? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!

You could use vellum paper and then double side tape it on, it would burn though...maybe put it in a large vase?

i've noticed that the girls on here put their candle in a glass holder and then wrap the vellum paper around the glass.

Hey there...

I'm pretty crafty but I haven't done this before...however:

If you were to print the names on vellum (say with a computer printer) cut it out to the smallest size, and then using a brush, you could glue it to the candle using decopage materials...OR wax. You would cover the vellum so that it becomes part of the candle.
If you did it down at the base of the taper, than it wouldn't matter if it burns, because they would probalby not get that far down right?
