Has anyone used, booked, or been to a wedding with a Band / DJ Combo. Full band and DJ switching on and off?????? What is your opinion..
My sister in law was married in 2006. She used a band and a DJ combo. THE BAND was pehnominal and in my opinion they didnt even need a DJ. But it was nice at the end of the night after the Band packed up there was still a good half hour of DJ music. Hope that helps!

This dj/band combo often happens at Greek weddings I've been to (and i will have the same set-up at my own wedding)...usually the dj plays American songs and the band plays Greek songs...if it's done right, it's very good, but I went to a wedding where it took too long for the switch to happen and there was lost momentum
i have been to a wedding with a dj and band....i just hate bands so not my thing
