Ok so I went to the same place I have been going for hair and makeup since I was 17, I did all my prom make up and special event hair and make up at this place. I went for my trial and I liked everything...until I went home. The eye make up was not 100% what I wanted so I called and spoke with the owner who is so awesome. I explained the situation that I was 100% trilled with the make up...she was very understanding and I am going back tomorrow for her to re do it herself personally and she guaranteed she will do it on the day of the wedding. Now I am looking at my trial pics avian and imp not liking the hair. I wanted the curls to be 'bigger/fuller' not so tight. I tried to tell this to the girl doing my hair and she said my hair was to long for what I wanted and the curls will fall...granted I will need my hair to look perfect for a min of 10 hours. I hate the way I look in pics to begin with and I am really upset. I know the make up thing will work out but she doesn’t have me in a time slot tomorrow for full makeup and hair and I didn’t feel this way about my hair until now. Should I say something tomorrow and hope it will be the way I want on the wedding day and please let me know if the hair is ok or looks stupid. I need honesty here girls!! Again remember the make up will be different and I will take pics tomorrow.
but how did the curls hold up? if they stayed true to that tight curl i would tell them so they can use a bigger barrel to give you looser curls, if they did fall a bit then i would stick with the tight curls, hope this helps

well the pics aren't that big so I cannot see the makeup, but i love your hair. i would mention that you weren't happy though, even if she cannot do it tomorrow you can go for another hair trial some other time. a lot of people have to go back and perfect it, it's rarely 100% the first time.

I think you should definitely say something about the hair. I don't think you really want to wait and just hope for the best on the wedding day. If you're having mixed feelings about the hair now, then that should tell you that you need to say something about not liking it. You definitely want to be able to love your hair!!!!
Also, I don't think your hair looks bad as it is in the pics. For me personally, it's a little high, so if it was me, I'd probably want it a little lower.
Also, based on what you said you wanted - the bigger, fuller curls - I think if you were able to get that, it would look really nice.
So definitely say something to them!

Thanks to you all. I will say something tomorrow. I think the hair just needs a few adjustments. If they can make the curls bigger i wont need to so may at the top so it may bring the height down a bit and i think if i need the 'tight curls' she can run a comb through them to create more of them to get a fuller look....what do you guys think??

I think maybe they need to set it in large hot rollers, and then it won't look so 80's-ish. You want soft curls, not ringlets.
