How to transport Guest from out of town with out them coming in the limo.......

Are there a lot of people that need rides? You could get a van or party bus from the limo company. Otherwise, can they carpool with other relatives?

Talk to the hotel they are staying at the two hotels I looked at will provide a free shuttle for them to and from the reception if I have a minimum number of people

I'd also check on the shuttle bus from the hotel, if not how about renting a bus?

you cna rent a bus or rent a van too.....many limo places have these available.....but check with the hotel first they might have some agreements with car places and can get a better deal b/c they use them all the time......
