please help asap!!!!

I completely forgot to send invites to some people I work with that I want to invite. I send invites to some but not all I guess...and today at work...someone was talking about going ot the wedding..and asked this person if they were going...and they looked like they didn't know waht to say. So I told him I sent him an invite I don't know why he didn't receive it. I got home andlooked at the list and I left off 3 people's names~ I feel so bad!!! So I came home to print out the envelopes...and I only have 1 left...and I need 4!!!!

So does anyone know where I can buy 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 size envelopes asap??? I have 7x7 invites...and ordering off the website will take too long! If anyone knows where I can buy some please let me know...or has any extras I will gladly pay you for them!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Why don't you try calling one of the invitation vendors. Maybe they have an extra hanging around that you can buy.

Does anyone have any numbers for invitation vendors around suffolk area? I made my own...so I don't know who to call.

i have extra white envelopes that you can have. let me know

ETA: they are 7.25 square. the outer ones have my return address, but the inner ones are plain. you could just use the inner ones and forget the outer. i have tons so let me know!

if you're willing to spend a bit of extra money, you can always go to hallmark (or some other card store) and buy cheap cards with matching sized envelopes (or just bargan with them so you can only get the envelopes). may not be as nice, but it'd be fast.

Just a thought -- you might want to keep up with the 'I don't know what happened to the invites I mailed' and ask these people if they would like you to mail another invite or just bring them one to the office.

They will be able to see the date it was post marked. Since you really did just make a mistake, there's no reason to make them think you actually weren't inviting them and now you are. So, I would tell them you will mail them another or bring it to the office for them, whichever they prefer (or say you'll be mailing them another one asap). This way it won't look strange when they see the post mark.

I found envelopes...they were a littel too big so I cut them down and glued them and they actually came out pretty good!! Yes thanks so much...I already sealed the invites..so I will just tell them I am sending them another one in the mail so keep an eye out! Thanks so much everyone!!
