Is it ok to wear jeans to your tasting? We're getting ready to leave, and he's concerned about whether or not it's a fashion faux pas. He told me to ask on here, and considering he usually complains about how much time I spend here, I figured I'd humor him just this once. TIA!

I think it depends upon the jeans. Are they new with a button down shirt? I just tend to air on the side of caution with such things. JMO.

This is something I never, ever thought about, not once. It's a tasting, why should you dress up?

i dont think a tasting requires 'dress up clothes' but to make sure he feels comfortable wear a button down shirt or just wesr khakis ...then you cant go wrong

I would look neat-if that means you have a nice shirt and jeans then go for it-but I would skip sneakers-nice shoes would look better with the jeans.

Thanks Ladies! Fi decided to air on the side of caution and chose a pair of khakis and a polo. I'm so excited for my tasting at 1pm!
