PLEASE HELP! HOW TO HEAL A SCRATCH/CUT SUPER FAST!!!!!

Original post by MJDoc12

my wedding is in 12 days....and FH has a big scratch on his face!!

tomorrow my cat is going to be de-clawed (at FH's request) obviously my kitty realized this information, and fueld by, what i can assume must've been, a mixture of cat nip and crack...he managed to slash my FH's face in the middle of the nite while he was sleeping!!

do you ladies have any ideas or suggestions as to what i can put on his face to help heal the sign of zorro that my cat has left on FH faster so it's totally gone by the big day!

ETA: is it wrong that i couldn't help but laugh about this later on, as i can imagine my cat sitting on FH while he was sleeping last nite and saying 'Getting me declawed? i got yo' number biitch'

Sorry, I was trying to quote the last of your post about you cat figuring out you FH's motives. Just laughed my azz off. But sorry about your FH-- try some vitamin E.

Call your dermatologist!!!! If you need one I can recommend! That happened to me and I thought I bought all the OTC stuff I could and it didn't work!

There is a cream called Mederma. You have to apply it like every 3-4 hours daily and it should hel. Not sure if it is for an open wound or an existing scar. Check it out. Otherwise I would buy a bottle of vitamin e capsules, break them open and apply the oil directly to the scratch. Supposedly, I heard this works.

neosporin and a bandaid......I remember seeing an ad with a picture of 2 cuts - one had just neosporin, the other was neosporin and a bandaid....

the bandaid one was better so much faster....

even if he only wears the bandaid at home......
