Please Help! I need your opinion before I order my invites

I am nervous about ordering online. We are going to do it tonight or tomorrow. Can you let me know if this sounds right to you? (of course, it will have our real names)

things i see...

1. you can spell honor either that way or honour
2. should say Saturday, the ninth of October
3. On the reception card, seven and o'clock should be lower case
4. On the reply card, just match the honor and favor...either 'or' or 'our'

Thanks-yes we are going without the u in both favor & honor. I made sure they matched.

The wording wizard on the website suggested the date without the. Are you sure 'the' is right?

That sounds more normal, but a lot of things about weddigns arne't noraml, so I didn't know!

when we ordered ours they actually called and asked if they could add the 'the' in front of 30 because it is the correct way to do it.

This is not wrong and it might be for you - but let me throw something out - maybe you want to omit the Number of people attending____ line on the response card.

I say left this out and people wrote in their names so you knew who was coming - I think you invite someone to write in a 5 instead of a 2 or 3 by giving that option. JMO. I didn't have any problems with my response cards - people were clear if they were bringing a date etc -
