I put all my addresses in my guest list manager on the knot.com, and then exported them to Excel, it does all the work for you in creating an Excel spreadsheet.

unfortunately don't have the guest list manager on this computer, it's at home. but i'm sure you'll find someone to send one to you if you don't want to do it that way.

I have an Excel toolkit that I sent out to a bunch of brides a few months ago. I can send it to you as well. :)

i actually have that excel tool kit which is awesome (except I dont like the way it has the addresses kept sorted out in the alphabet thingy)

However our own LIWeddings...you can put everything in there, and then you go to guest report (i think it is) and there are buttons on the top....turn this into excel spreadsheet...turn this into labels...its actually quite handy!!!!!!

Peice o cake, once you have someone show you
Open excel, highlight the rows and columns that you are going to need (you can insert more if need be later) Go to file, click on print area, then set print area. This will give you your chart, if you want it outlined go up to borders and choose the one that is completely outlined. Then you can make the columns wider by clicking on the line that divides the columns and move them to where you want them. You may have to set the margins to less width to fit everythiing but you can make it work
