Help... I need help!!!

I am sure every vendor is different when it comes to that, but he or she should 100% have told you upfront that it was going to cost you every time you made a change to the proof.

Was it in an e-mail or a physical sample invite? If it was e-mail, I don't see what they would charge you since there are no materials being used. If it was a physical sample, then yeah I can see a charge because they have to print it, put it together, etc...

I would def. call and voice your concerns and I am sure they will work with you, especially never knowing how they operate.
