I am getting so frustrated. Someone please help. I delete my current avatar, add another one, update my account, but when I click View Current Avatar, it's my old one that I just deleted!

Don't even bother to delete your old one. Just upload the file of your new one (where it says 'New Chat Avatar') and update your account.

Try refreshing your browser. (Hit the F5 key, or click 'Refresh' or 'Reload' on your browser). You are probably looking at what is known as 'cache' on your computer. The computer stores images you view on the Internet and saves them.
