I am so glad i found this website because it seems like you girls help each other out :) I am planning to get married Next year. I will probably have about 103-110 people at my wedding. April or November (not sure exactly, it will all depend on price). I am russian and want to find a place that would provide me with a ceremony & reception, include food (family russian style, u know the non stop food deal , MC, and centerpieces, linens. I know that Orion Palace in brooklyn does it but i am not IN LOVE with it. So i wanted to know if any of you guys would be kind enough to suggest anything or provide me with your experiences. I have also heard that Crest Hollow country club does a family style russian menu? (I went to an american wedding there, and the food was bad, so it makes me worry). So any venues that you guys know of or anything that would help me with my russian wedding search i would SOOOO GREATLY appreciate!!
Thank you!!

Welcome and congrats. There's a place in Brookyn called Riviera. My sister (russian) got married there last year and it was the best wedding I've been to so far. Let me know if you have any questions. She got married in May.

Rasputin Looks nice, but i am not sure that i like that it looks to much like a restaurant, it reminds me of paradise gardens.

Re: Please help me find a Wedding Venue!!!
I live in Forest Hills, Queens and on Queens Blvd around 67th st. there are several Russian banquet-type of halls. I don't know the names but maybe you can find it online or even just drive over there one day and check it out. I was once walking by the Russian place on the north side of Queens Blvd, between the 67th subway stop and yellowstone, and there was definitely a wedding going on there. There is also a Russian wedding store (I think they do dresses, hair, makeup etc.) so the area must be somewhat known for that stuff.
