please help me find DOJ, hair accessories and shoes

pics of dress in album

I have no idea what kind of jewelry I want to wear.. I know I need something that will really 'wow' as my dress is pretty simple.
I also want to wear either a tiara or a headband. I have a bunch for dance, but none of them match my dress.

and finally shoes. I need HIGH shoes that are comfy and re-wearable.

and I'm on a MAJOR budget... so the cheaper the better

thanks girls
