PLEASE help me - how much were your BM bo-oks?

It's a long story but I'd like to know what you guys paid per BM bo-ok.

J A C K & R O S E doesn't give an itemized contract and I need to add another ... and I'm afraid of what they're going to try to charge.

I didn't get an itemized contract either.. I don't know if many florists do .. sorry

$35 for small rose bo-ks, (Ithink it's about 12, I don't remember the name of the type of rose)

I am using J A CK A N D R O S E also. I had to add on another bok and they charged me $115!
I am not too happy with my decision...as time goes on I think they get more and more shady.

I've been having a bad experience at J & R.

Long story - they talked us into adding church flowers after the contract was drawn, and when I went to see my sample yesterday I saw they upped my bill $680 for 2 church baskets and 10 pew bows. I called after I left and said I'd like to cancel the church stuff - it's just not in our budget - and they YELLED at me. I'm not kidding, I was horrified. I actually cried when I hung up the phone.

We just added it at the design session 4 weeks ago and they didn't say how much it would be, and they didn't have room in their schedule to see me until now. This was the 1st time I saw the bill. Had they said it would cost that much I would have never been talked into it in the first place.

When I called they put me on hold and when they came back the lady (Patty?) was going 'it's 2 1/2 week until you're wedding - I don't know what you want me to do?!' and I could heard Jack the owner in the background yelling 'NO! It's ALREADY BEEN ORDERED!'

They said they would make the church baskets smaller and take away the flowers at the end of the pews (which we didn't even order - they just put on there)

With these changes the additional charge will be $400

And NOW I have to call and say I need another BM Bo-OK? They're going to try to charge me $600 I'm sure - they hate me.

I can only imagine what my flowers are going to look like.

I believe my girls' bouquets are $75 each.

Wow, I've heard a lot of bad things about J ack & R ose so we didn't meet with them - that really suckkkks! I don't know what type of flowers you're using, but 10 pew flowers and 2 altar baskets should not be $600+ unless they're exotic flowers and huge arrangements. Sorry you're going through this!!!!

Oh, and every florist we met with gave us an itemized list of what everything cost. We were quoted anywhere from $45-75 for our BM flowers.

Iwe are paying $80 per BM bouquet.

I'm paying $50 each for 5 BM bouquets of pink roses and green cymbidium orchids.

Not sure exactly, but I think its between 150-200 per bouquet

Mine is itemized. They are 18 roses and hydrangea for $35
