PLEASE HELP ME: i really need some information!

Does anyone know what the regular salary is for a customer service representative: hourly or yearly, whatever info you have! I really need to know this today!

So, if someone was offered 25K with the chance for advancement that would be pretty low than, right?

Depends on the persons experience, education, and the opportunity to advance as well as on the position. Customer Serv. Rep. can be anything from a salesgirl at a dept. store to a pharma. rep. or other very professional position, so it really depends.

If they will offer you immediate benefits with a retirement package, then it is doable, and see what kinds of incentives and raises they offer for performance and for promotions.

I was a customer service supervisor for a long time. I would say that $25,000 is on the low end if you are an experienced rep. If you have one or two years of experience then it sounds about right. I would have to say that if the company is offering you chances for advancement or raises at specified periods of time ie:end of training time, or 3 or 6 months then it might not be so bad. If you have medical insurance experience then this salary is very low.

Good luck!

I would say 25K to about 30K at the most to start. Check out monster.com to try to compare.
