here is the situration: I brought my dress in a sample sale so I had to take the dress home in the same day and it is in my closet right now and I need to know: 1) where is a good place for alternation? 2) How much does each bustle cost? 3) Where can I get it to steam? 4) My wedding is in Nov 07, when is a good time to take the dress for alternation? 5) Do I still need 'fitting'?
Basically I don't know what to do at all and any advise is appreaciate.
