I love #4. It's a beautiful look and a great idea to make the favors do double duty. My only suggestion for all ofthe choices would be to make the sont size smaller on the names, so you can fit 'Mr. and Mrs.' on the same line as the name.
ETA-- If you think you need to have two lines in the middle, you can move the table number under the name to become the second line.

Because the tags are only 3' by 3' when the names were on the same line they were very hard to read, and I don't want a line for people to pick up their cards.

I like #1 and #4. The quote in the last on is great. I think that it adds to it. I think I would change the font though.
