served with port wine cherry reduction

Peppercorn and roast shallot marinade, individually grilled to perfection served with burgundy red wine sauce

Chicken Toscana
Frenched breast of chicken stuffed with spinach, goat cheese, sun-dried tomato and wild mushrooms and cognac sauce

Grilled Vegetable Lasagna
Hand rolled lasagna with seasonal vegetables,
ricotta and mozzarella

~ Dessert ~

Vanilla wedding cake filled with
cannoli cream or vanilla pudding

Ice Cream Bar

An assortment of petit fours, chocolate truffles and chocolate covered strawberries
